The Zapp Brannigan comic I did before was making fun of BFA Sylv, but I do imagine young/alive Sylvanas like an actually competent version of Zapp, or Gaston or something.  A decorated hero, beloved by the people and they know it- a vain, pompous horn dog that is basically insufferable for reasonable people to interact with, but is uncontested in their position of power because they actually are truly gifted at command and combat.  

Also unrelated I got the Underrot Crawg mount and he’s adorb
