All I know is that back in Cata, some crybaby PvPer got pissed off that a RPer from KKL beat them in a PvP duel and thus our guild name got reported by them because they were a pissbaby.

And then without so much as a consideration or conversation otherwise, the guild name was immediately turned into Ruvok’s Guild, which I had to spend roughly a week or so I believe getting turned back into the Kor’kron Legion. But only after basically forcing Blizz to go check the logs of what the PvPer was saying/threatening to the guild member and how the name report was effectively petty harassment, and how we were not representing ourselves as the actual canon Kor’kron Guard and never have.

I’m not convinced it’s ever been improved nor am I convinced the CS knows how to do much of anything that isn’t on their scripts. Shit, it’s more automated than ever if anything, given how multiboxers mass reporting people get them silenced or forcefully temp banned.
