I’ll talk until the tauren come home that WoD was the single worst expansion as a whole entity, but if you want to talk about an expansion that essentially destroyed the game from a story and character stand-point, to which the effects of it are still being felt in every expansion afterwards INCLUDING WoD, I look at, and point squarely to, Cataclysm, and say “there they are officer. there’s the expansion that cursed one of my favourite games”
