Hey Blizzard, don’t try and push the narrative that she is “trusted and respected by the horde”. I have no issue with her being a villain at all. But DON’T let her pull this shit and have everyone licking her boots for it. The majority of horde leaders would HATE this. Don’t 180 their characters, just to fit your horrid narrative.

I’ve already seen a lot of folks trying to justify these actions or explain them and I just don’t get it. We literally took Garrosh out for going too far in his pursuit of power. It wasn’t that he wanted to fight the Alliance, it was the lengths to which he was willing to go to ensure victory. 

I find Sylvanas as a character and a villain really interesting, compelling even. I just don’t want to have to play through 2+ years of campaigns where my character is not only complacent in but supportive of her actions. No thank you. I especially don’t want to watch the leadership of the other races just going along with her atrocities as if they didn’t already have a history of rising up and saying “Enough is Enough” when faced with a terrible Warchief. 

I’m perfectly happy ignoring the larger storyline for most of an expansion, but I sure hope I can skip the Battle for Lordaeron on all of my Horde alts, or I suspect I’ll be playing a lot more Alliance than I’d otherwise like. 

I want to say they’re showing us how horrible she is to justify the other leaders finally stepping up and dethroning her, but then BFA really IS just another Garrosh arc, and yet another horde leader cut out of the picture.  

But my real guess is they’re setting her up this way so alliance, specifically anduin, can cut her down and finally obliterate the last shred of his unique character to become Varian 2.

I mean y’all keep bitching about the fact that people think that the horror the bad guys and yet they’ve had given a phobic work Nazis and evil disgusting horrible Undead as part of the board for a long time and now that they’re finally getting rid of them you’re bitching about that too what’s wrong with you
